Life is an uncertain journey, full of successes, failures, and challenges. Regardless of the challenge you are facing, you do not have to go through it by yourself.

As someone who has struggled with mental health and life-changing challenges, I can sympathize with others and admire the courage it takes to reach out for support. My personal life story led me to develop empathy, resilience, and the passion to pursue a career in counselling. I have a background in community outreach, mental health, and addictions, encountering individuals at all stages of their journeys.

As a therapist, I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental, collaborative environment where you feel heard, accepted, and empowered. Through empathy, validation, trust, and compassion, we can create a therapeutic relationship where you can be your authentic self. My approach to therapy is based on a Person-centered approach, which suggests that given a supporting environment that fosters growth, every individual is fundamentally capable of making positive changes in their lives at any point in their journey

I utilize evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive behavioral therapy and Mindfulness-based therapy. I tailor my therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each individual. I work with adults experiencing low self-esteem, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, relationship issues, life transitions and challenges.  

No matter where you are in your healing journey, my goal is to help empower you to discover your strengths and resilience, develop healthier coping mechanisms, and create positive change to improve overall well-being.
