I take an integrative approach to therapy that incorporates the mind, body, and spirit. Therapy is a process of growth, self-discovery, and sometimes self-recovery of lost aspects of yourself. We will explore your past experiences with curiosity and how they impact you today. I aim to join you in your process as you connect with your inner knowing and resources. 


I work with individuals living and managing anxiety, stress, phobias, relationship issues, life transitions, grief and loss. Together, we will explore how your past, emotions, thoughts, beliefs and behaviours contribute to your current challenges while exploring different ways of being that invites a greater opportunity for meaning, and connection.

I have completed a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I am a lifelong learner, continually expanding and updating my skills.


Growth, Self-Discovery, and Self-recovery!

Sometimes the pressure of our roles, such as parent, spouse, child, co-worker, caregiver, teacher or healer, can feel overwhelming, and you may think you shouldn’t feel the way you do. You may feel lost in direction or lost in your purpose. During these times, the pressure can feel too much. This is where psychotherapy can help to guide you through these challenges. 

We may implement the strategies that would support you in living your best life and out of “survival mode.” We tap into your bodily sensed awareness and explore the different parts of your experience with curiosity. I incorporate attachment therapy, hypnosis and guided imagery, narrative therapy, mindfulness, strengths-based, and somatic-based approaches. The focus is on exploring your experience, accessing your inner resources, processing the past, and developing a sense of wholeness.


Therapy should feel authentic and inspire hope. A place where you can feel safe and protected, seen and known, and supported and encouraged to bring out your truest, most authentic sense of self—a place to feel your feelings and find your strength. With empathy and compassion, my goal is to connect with you authentically to rediscover your inner knowledge and resources and align with your values as you move toward the life you want to live.

Transformation is approached by exploring and understanding the patterns of your thoughts, feelings, emotions, and behaviours that contribute to your lived experience and how they shape your life. We will also focus on the felt experience in your body, increasing your self-awareness and connection to others. In this ongoing process of acceptance and awareness, you can find your resilience, authenticity, confidence, and a deepening sense of self in the world.
