Naz, a dedicated graduate student pursuing a master's degree in counseling psychology at Yorkville University, embodies strategic thinking, creativity, and empathy in her therapeutic practice. Drawing from her background in psychology, behavioral sciences, and addictions, Naz has cultivated an approach that integrates cognitive-behavioral, existential, and narrative therapy techniques. With a profound belief in the inherent worth of every individual, she is committed to fostering an environment where clients can explore their stories and uncover their strengths to achieve greater happiness and fulfillment.

Finding the good in things

In her therapeutic sessions, Naz navigates with ease through topics of trauma, anxiety, depression, and addictive behaviors, offering a safe and compassionate space for clients to address these challenges. Grounded in the belief that everything holds value and that everything happens for a reason, she guides individuals through a process of self-reflection, empowering them to understand the complexities of their circumstances and take control of their lives.
