You might be searching for what you need to make the next big move in your life and in your business! You might be afraid to own the parts of you that you shoved into a box during graduate school. You might want to be your authentic self but struggle to own your brand or find your ideal clients. I get that because I’ve been there too. And you are not the only one that starts out this way. Most helping professionals feel that they are here to support change by being mindful of rules, regulations and best practices. While these are vital aspects of your role as a practitioner, you need not completely abandon yourself to offer ethical care. Instead , you need to understand yourself and your industry quite well to be able to do something profound with your passion. This is where I come in!

We work through the beginning stages of setting up your private practice, the lessons you’ll learn as an entrepreneur and service provider, the emotional challenges of running your own business, and everything in between.
If fear of success or fear of failure are getting in your way, just know that this is a normal part of the process for many of us and this is my wheel house! I have been there and so have most others who now run successful businesses.

The point of supervision from my perspective is for you to gain valuable experience as a new clinician with the scaffolding of a person who has been there before. It provides the assurance that someone else will have a chance to notice things that you might not. Peace of mind and professional competence should be a part of the package with clinical supervision.
